Sarvottam Foods was founded with a simple yet powerful promise — to deliver the best quality wood cold-pressed oils for everyday Indian households.

Today, very few of us realize that India faces one of the highest rates of heart disease in the world, often affecting people 8–10 years earlier than in many other countries. As we looked deeper, one common factor stood out — the growing dependence on refined and hydrogenated cooking oils that are heavily processed and stripped of their natural goodness.

Over time, these oils have quietly replaced the traditional fats our ancestors relied on. The result? Declining immunity, lifestyle diseases, and a noticeable impact on long-term health. This wasn’t always the case. In earlier generations, people lived longer, healthier lives — often well beyond 90 or even 100 years. The reason was simple: natural food choices and traditional cooking practices.

One such practice was the use of wood cold-pressed oil, extracted using a wooden Cheeku or Ghani. This slow, natural process involves crushing oilseeds gently without heat or chemicals, preserving the oil’s original flavor, aroma, and nutritional value.

Inspired by this wisdom and driven by the vision of a healthier India, we introduced Sarvottam Wood Cold-Pressed Oils, crafted using traditional methods and approved by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Our oils are extracted without heat, because we believe that nature knows best — heat only degrades nutrition and taste.
