Sarvottam Foods, as the name suggests promises to provide “the best quality” of wood cold-pressed oil. Very few of us know that India is the heart disease capital of the world. On average, heart disease in India affects people 8 to 10 years earlier than in other parts of the world, specifically heart attacks!
A deeper look into it made us realize about the toxic ingredient we’re using in our household, the processed refined and hydrogenated oils! Which are nothing but Trans Fat with tons of chemicals into it. Sounds scary huh? But we’ve been consuming it and letting it drain our immunity and health. This is why the average life expectancy in India is just 50-60 years. But this wasn’t the scenario earlier. Our ancestors lived even for more than 100 years! So, what magic trick did they have? A simple answer to it is “wood cold-pressed oil” which is crushed between nothing but wooden Cheeku or what we call “Ghani”. This process is completely natural and has no chemical interference. Our vision to make India a healthier country to live in made us realize that this is where the change needs to be done. So we introduced Sarvottam Wood Cold Pressed Oil approved by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). We extract oil from oilseeds without heat because the flavor and the nutritional quality get degraded if heat is applied. Instead, we crush the seeds or nuts forcing out the oil through the ensure of wood. A 100% natural way to extract oil and a solution for a healthier tomorrow!
